Portland hasn't seen snow like this for a very long time.
This HDR shot was made from 8 different exposures. The detail enhancement is way over the top and not something I would normally post but I really like the way the snow turned out. It's all a bit too painted and fantastic. Still, it makes a half decent Christmas card for Hallmark. Well, sort of. :)
Interestingly the Christmas lights on the house seem to suffer from some chromatic aberration. I'm guessing it's from the lens and then exaggerated by the HDR processing. I also tweaked the colour balance to be a lot cooler so that didn't help either.
